Today’s concept of mentorship isn’t sufficient to navigate the challenges of work, faith, and relationships.

The Timothy Collective takes an early Church, white-glove approach to formation. We believe in apprenticeship.

Our mentors “adopt” you as their own and invite you into their lives, so that you can witness first-hand how to become an apostle and achieve excellence in all areas of life.

  • Prioritize fit. Our mentors, are trained by experienced chaplains and spiritual directors. They are thoughtfully matched with mentees based on shared goals and compatibility. You'll have a mentor who understands your unique needs and can provide relevant guidance and support.

  • Your mentorship is not just a one-time encounter but an ongoing relationship. Regularly meet with your mentor to discuss progress, challenges, and receive personalized support, guidance, and practical advice.

  • Create a personalized plan, focusing on your faith, mental and physical health, family, and work. This plan serves as a roadmap to help you integrate your beliefs into all aspects of your life.

  • Connect with a vibrant community of like-minded peers and mentors who share your values and aspirations. Share experiences, seek advice, and build meaningful relationships that foster personal growth and support you on your journey.

01. Mentor matching

Select or be matched with an experienced mentor based on shared goals and compatibility to ensure personalized guidance and support.

02. Three-Meet Rule

Prioritize fit. Meet with your mentor three times before committing. 

03. Personalized Plan

Increase your ROL (Return On Life). Build a custom Plan of Life with your mentor who will share his own example and keep you accountable to yours.
